General information about the internship program

TOS is engaged in the internship program organized in collaboration .Our company offers an average of 10 open positions per year for students from the second and the third years of study. The duration of the internship program is 240 hours.

The benefits of students that perform internship in our organization are:

  • Work contract for the duration of the internship;
  • Consistent salary;
  • Training regarding the quality management system implemented in the company and the tools used in the company;
  • Training in the technologies used in our company, based on the positions chosen by the students;
  • Experiencing all phases of the software project development process;
  • Performance assessment at the end of the internship.

After the completion of the internship the students may get a proposal for a long term collaboration based on the result of the final assessment.

Live Product Training (LPT)

Tech Orbit solutions since its inception from 2011 has been recruiting fresher’s for outsourcing. Its been 4 years now and we still see there is big gap in the understanding and practical working of fresher’s. We have observed that it is taking minimum 6 to 9 months to get required output from fresher’s after several handover of technologies, tools and process.

So we have started Live Product Training (LPT) on Products using real-time working with our team. Fresher’s will be working along with our development team on our products. It is a 3 months course where we train candidates to get ready to do job on following technologies and tools.

The various forms of training include seminars, conference tutorials and workshops, classroom training, mentoring, and laboratories.
